Customer Support
We use PayPal as our secure payment processor. None of your confidential information is stored on outdooradventurekids.com website. Pay using your PayPal account, or if you do not have a PayPal account you can use the snail mail method by printing out the order form and mail it or fax it to us.
Order Tracking
You will receive your order tracking number via email from Outdoor Adventure Kids Inc. within 12 hours of receiving your Order Confirmation email.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at customercare@outdooradventurekids.com and a representative will contact you within 24hrs.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel to the United States and Canada. If merchandise is in stock, it usually ships between 3-12 days of purchase, excluding holidays. All order status communication is done via email or paypal, so it is important that your e-mail address is accurate and current. In addition, we will also notify you by e-mail if there is an issue with your order. Shipping fees are based on your order's weight, destination, and quantity of each item. All orders are shipped via expedited parcel and are insured for $100 CAD in case of damage or loss.
UNITED STATES/INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPMENTS:
You must write on the outside of your parcel "Canadian Goods Returning" so that you will not get charged border fees!
Shipping within Canada
All Canadian residents will be required to pay 6% GST and 8% PST. Canadians are responsible to pay their own provincial taxes on products. Outdoor Adventure Kids are not registrered for out of province taxes.

Shipping to the USA
Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
Outdoor Adventure Kids Inc. is unable to provide estimates for customs fees. Check with your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Internationally
We can ship merchandise to almost any country in the world. Because each country has different shipping methods, rates and documentation requirements, we calculate the international shipping charges individually for each order. Therefore, the shipping charges will not appear on the Final Purchase Approval or the confirmation e-mail. Outdoor Adventure Kids Inc. will advise the receiver by e-mail of the actual shipping costs at least 36 hours before filling the order. If you would like to know the shipping cost before placing your order, please email sales@outdooradventurekids.com with the information about the products you wish to buy and we will give you an estimate within 24 hours.
Please note that for international deliveries, the customer is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes.
Wholesale Orders
We accept wholesale orders by phone, fax, mail or email. Please contact sales@outdooradventurekids.com or by filling out our online wholesale form so we can better serve your wholesale needs and provide you accurate wholesale discount pricing.
Guarantee
Outdoor Adventure Kids Inc. guarantees our product to be free from manufacturer's defects.
Should you feel that you have received an Outdoor Adventure Kids product with a manufacturer's defect, please return it to Outdoor Adventure Kids by contacting returns@outdooradventurekids.com and obtaining a Return Authorization Number.

Returns
We will not exchange products and/or items for another product. We will only replace damaged items. Please continue reading on how to return an item and how to ship the item back to us.
If you are not 100% satisfied (damaged goods) with the items you have received, you may exchange them within 7 days of when you originally received your order. You may only exchange unworn and unused items for the same item as the original. If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. Please allow 2-4 weeks for exchanges to be processed.
If an item arrives damaged, please send us back the damaged item. We will send out a replacement when we receive the damaged item. We will not resend an item if we can tell that it was damaged in your hands. If you are missing an item you ordered, please send us an email to returns@outdooradventurekids.com right away. Be sure to include your name and the product name. It also helps if you email returns@outdooradventurekids.com from the same email address you placed your order from. We will send out the missing item right away.
